The Execution Challenge

Rising Power Demand

Rising Demand

Power generation customers are under pressure from growing demand and tighter capacity margins.

Limited Equipment Availability

Limited Equipment Availability

Extended OEM lead times and tight secondary market supply make deployment timelines difficult.

Technical Personnel Shortage

Technical Personnel Shortage

Experienced field and operations teams are scarce, especially for complex turbine systems.

Execution Gap

Execution Gap

The challenge is not identifying need. It is executing reliably under real constraints.

One partner across the power asset lifecycle.

Why GESA

Execution without fragmentation

GESA combines the responsiveness of an independent operator with the technical breadth required for complex power generation work.

Multi-technology scope

The company supports aeroderivative, heavy-duty, and steam turbine systems, as well as generators and balance-of-plant equipment.

Work moves faster when accountability is clear

Customers work with GESA when they need execution across multiple scopes without relying on fragmented providers or delayed OEM schedules.

Case Studies

Execution in the field across O&M, deployment, and critical infrastructure.

Gabon O&M Execution

Operational responsibility for remote, baseload power assets.

GESA assumed full-scope operations and maintenance, stabilizing availability and staffing while managing parts, outages, and reporting.

LM6000 Deployment

LM6000 Deployment

Redevelopment, relocation, installation, and commissioning.

Equipment was sourced, rebuilt, transported, and commissioned under a compressed schedule with coordinated field execution.

Data Center Power Project

Data Center Power Execution

Rapid deployment for critical infrastructure uptime.

GESA supported installation and operational readiness for power systems serving a Data Center Customer.

Operational responsibility, not just service support.

GESA provides full-scope operations and maintenance services for customers that require long-term accountability for plant performance and uptime.

Execution depends on people.

Power University

GESA develops technicians through hands-on training tied directly to real-world turbine and generator work.

Roles span field service, controls, shop execution, and O&M operations across multiple turbine platforms.

Maine Maritime Academy Partnership

GESA is proud to announce a growing strategic partnership with Maine Maritime Academy (MMA) focused on developing the next generation of power generation professionals. Through this collaboration, GESA has supported the modernization of a dedicated campus lab to enhance hands-on learning and better prepare students for real-world careers, while also contributing to scholarship opportunities that invest directly in student success.

This partnership has already produced tangible results, including GESA's first full-time hire from MMA and the onboarding of three interns supporting both field service operations and business administration. Looking ahead, GESA and MMA are exploring expanded opportunities such as hosting GESA's internal Power University on campus, as well as potential program growth in Texas, including discussions around a presence in Corpus Christi and engagement with Texas A&M's maritime programs in Galveston.

Together, GESA and MMA are building a long-term pipeline that connects education, industry, and workforce development to strengthen the future of the power generation sector.
